Bufa&Sons is a company created by Xavi Lozano in 2008, the result of his preoccupation for exploring the more educational and communicative facets of musical creation. It draws on his extensive experience in his sound explorations using wind instruments from around the world and his compulsion to discover musicality in everyday objects.

On this mission he is joined by Marc Vila and Guillem Aguilar – two regular travel companions, friends and talented musicians with whom he shares both musical tastes and obsessions.

The members of Bufa&Sons boast an exceptional professional career spanning over 20 years’ experience in the ambit of world musics. They have collaborated with a wide variety of artists and groups, from traditional to experimental music.
